Located within Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, MODE is anything but a typical hotel restaurant. It’s a vibrant, standalone destination that embodies the diversity, sophistication, and dynamic energy of contemporary Australia.
Led by Chef de Cuisine Nathan Barone, MODE crafts a dialogue between land and sea, culture and craft, comfort and curiosity. Drawing inspiration from Sydney’s multicultural spirit, familiar Australian ingredients, sourced directly from passionate local farmers, fishers, and artisans, dishes are reimagined with expressive flair.
