Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, farewell, or corporate event, from small VIP dinners to large parties for 200 guests, Mode Kitchen & Bar can tailor your event to suit your needs. 

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, Mode is anything but a typical hotel restaurant. It's a vibrant, stand alone destination that embodies the diversity, sophistication, and dynamic energy of contemporary Australia. 

Led by a talented team of chefs. MODE crafts a dialogue between land and sea, culture and craft, comfort and curiosity. Drawing inspiration form Sydney's multicultural spirit, familiar Australian ingredients, sourced directly from passionate local farmers, fishers, and artisans, dishes are reimagined with expressive flair.

Dine among the action at our custom-designed Tasting Table positioned between the lively open kitchen and the dessert kitchen, by our roaring wood-fire oven. Enjoy swift service from our team while you witness your desserts being created by our chefs.

Private Dining Room

Up to 68 guests | Minimum spends are tailored to each query by Mode Team reflective of event requirements and time of year

Celebrate in style with exclusive use of our private dining room, tucked into one side of the restaurant. The room gives you the privacy you need and can be furnished in a variety of configurations. 

This room is also suited for cocktail receptions. Speak to our team about a tailored canape & drinks package to suit your event needs. Please note audio visual cannot be set up in this space.
