Celebrate love in all its forms at Mode Kitchen & Bar this Valentine’s Day. With a live saxophonist setting the tone for a romantic evening. Enjoy a welcome glass of sparkling wine before indulging in our beautifully curated, four-course Chefs Menu, with optional luxurious add ons to elevate the evening. Then wrap up the evening with a special surprise to take home.

Spencer Gulf Kingfish Delicately cured kingfish with cultured buttermilk, crisp radish and fresh dill - a fresh beginning to your Valentine’s evening

Beetroot Slow-roasted beetroot with elderflower, lightly smoked stracciatella and candied pecans -  earthy, sweet and beautifully balanced, like a perfect match

Foie Gras & Chicken Liver Doughnut Warm doughnut filled with silky chicken liver, Davidson plum chutney and shaved foie gras - rich, indulgent and made for sharing moments of temptation

Murray Cod with zucchini flower, sun-dried tomato and finger lime - light, vibrant and full of expression, a delicate love story on the plate

Westholme Tenderloin beef tenderloin with smoked eggplant, black garlic, shimeji and kombu potato - deeply savoury, comforting and undeniably seductive

Acquerello Risotto with young peas, asparagus and lemon - bright, fresh and elegant, a celebration of harmony and springtime romance

Grapefruit Louis Roederer sorbet with rose and opaline - a refreshing pause before the final romance
