Truffle Season with Mode’s Winter Menu

Indulge in the ultimate winter delicacy with a seasonal menu by Mode Kitchen & Bar and Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli,  full of fragrant truffle-infused delights.

Throughout this celebrated period, curious diners and truffle enthusiasts alike can find their oasis at Mode Kitchen & Bar with the launch of their exclusive Truffle Menu. Guests will be treated to a menu highlighting the decadent and unique ingredients, complemented by the finest seasonal produce.

For something light, or to share, enjoy Chef’s signature Zucchini Flowers with Buffalo Ricotta and Peas (AUD 34) with White Truffle, or indulge in a vegetarian Tagliatelle “Ripiene” (AUD 48) with Fresh Black Truffle. For the ultimate decadence, indulge in a daily special of Risotto Acquerello & Fresh Black Truffle (AUD 60).
